Team Meeting Notes
The
manager (or whoever is leading the meeting) is to document what
is done at each meeting, and the length of the meeting. The leader
also records if anyone was absent or tardy.
Status
Reports
The
status report is where each person documents their accomplishments
for the week. It includes a timecard of hours spent and what activity
they were engaged in. Due each Sunday at 5.p.m. to quality assurance

Metrics
These
show the actual hours of effort (summary of individual hours,
categorized by project phase). The QA person is responsible for
compiling and reporting them, but each person is responsible for
gathering their own metrics.
