Email
and Web Standards and Procedures
Lucky Strike Software team members are to follow the email and web standards and procedures presented below.
Email
All project related email should be sent to LuckyStrikeSoftware@hotmail.com. All email should contain a description in the subject field that accurately describes the contents of the email. It is also required that the sender of the email identify themselves and the intended audience (team member(s) or entire team) in the body of the email. Please avoid the use of shorthand notation, as certain individuals may not be familiar with them.
Team members should check the team email account at least twice a day (preferably once in the morning and once at night). All attachments should be scanned for viruses before being sent or opened (downloaded).
Web Site
The team web site is to be used and treated as a resource for all Lucky Strike Software team members. The web site should contain all relevant information pertaining to the current project and should be updated* regularly to ensure team members have the most current information available to them. Using the progress indicators, the status/progress of the current project should be clearly visible and as accurate as possible.
* The team website will be managed by K, Kamil Baranowski
Other Forms of Communication/Contact
If there is something important to communicate, especially if it is urgent, then it is strongly encouraged that individuals use their telephones or meet in person to discuss the issue(s). Since there is no way of knowing when or if an email message will be read do not rely on them to communicate important information. Telephone numbers of all team members can be found here.
