Setting up Web Pages on Counties

Please re-use an existing account from last quarter's CPE 480 class. Your team Web pages should be located on your team account on the counties system. In those accounts, the directory "www" already exists, and contains material from previous projects. Within this directory, create a new directory "W03", for your material. The Web server assumes there will be a file "index.html" to serve as entry point. Either give that name to your main file, or create a symbolic link to it named "index.html". If your main file is "Team-5.html", the command "ln -s Team-5.html index.html" creates such a link. Make sure that the permissions are set right:

all files that are to be visible on the Web must be readable for everybody; "chmod a+r *html" will do that for all files ending in html -
the "W03" directory, the "www" directory and its parent directory (which should be your team account's home directory) must be executable for everybody; "chmod a+x ." will do that for the current directory.

Your Web pages will then (hopefully) be available at http://counties.csc.calpoly.edu/~teamX_fk where X stands for your team number.
