Software Project Plan
The managemnent groups within each section will preapre a Software Project
Plan. This plan will follow the outline contained in the Pressman text. In
addition to containing the Purpose, Scope and Project Description elements
of the plan, the groups will focus on the Risk Management portion and the
Schedule.
The Software Project Plan must be ready for in-class review not later than
October 17, 1995. Following the in-class review, the management group will
update the plan (based on class comments) and submit the final to me on
October 19, 1995 for grading.
