Team Tech is a student design competition sponsored by Boeing. The purpose of the competition is to emphasize the key role of teamwork and interface with industry in the engineering educational process. Eligible teams consist of 4-12 members, at least half of whom at members of SWE. Teams are to be interdiscipliary, with students representing at least 3 different engineering disciplines.

This year Cal Poly San Luis Obispo's Team Tech is partnering with Stryker to improve a tissue ablation system. The Stryker Arthroscopy Disposables division is sponsoring the project.
