Team Accomplishments
In lab today we integrated some of our new features and saw them in action – it was great! We are now more focused on our Stage 3 objectives. We were supposed to have ALL the code done today but we are a little behind. We will have to pick up the pace a little in order for a successful and punctual release.

Team Accomplishments
Today the instructor expressed his concerns for the progress of our project. He told our class that he wanted us to stop whatever development we have going and sacrifice whatever features were necessary in order to allow for proper testing and completion. Our group decided not to implement the change robot color, organize levels, and the tutorial features. We will finish the other features planned for Stage3 (multiplayer chat, high scores list, sound, and level editor).

We did not have much lab time tonight because of a long presentation that the instructor gave. In the remaining half hour of lab time our team distributed current action items for next time and small design changes.

Team Accomplishments
Our team met for lab and discussed our current status since our end-of-Stage2 Recalibration. We are on schedule. We also had our first weekly customer meeting. We showed him our preliminary User Interface Prototype for our level editor and received his input on changes that need to be made. Also the customer showed us an example of what he would like the sound to be.

Team Accomplishments
During our last lab meeting, our team exchanged team responsibilities. Kevin is now the Designer/Integrator, Kamil is the QA and web administrator person, Antony is the Configuration Manager, Josh is the Test Team Manager, and I (Sean) am the Team Manager. Then we handed out new jobs for next class time and scheduled weekly meetings with the Customer to ensure that every week our project will be on track.

Team Accomplishments
We had a meeting with the customer to review requirements for the project on Monday, which proved to be useful. We finished all coding and testing and submitted the program to the customer on Thursday, and checked the rest of the documents on the website for submission to the instructor on the first meeting of this upcoming week. The program was accepted conditionally, provided that we fix some bugs that were present, which has been done.

Team Accomplishments
We coded most of the required features for the Stage 2 release, and a lot of the test cases were written. The Integration plan was changed to be sorted by date as per instructor request. We updated several documents that needed updating. Sean finished his Test Matrix.

Implementation was begun this week, with Kevin, Josh, and Kamil following the Integration plan to decide what modules were to be written. The team has been working to become accustomed to using cvs, with errors such as locking it up when trying to upload updated coad.

Josh Finished the Design Revisions and the Integration Plan was created. The SPMP and SQAP were updated for the quarter. The CVS repository was set up on Kamil’s Latte Account. Project Visibility was begun. The Change Control plan and Training plan were put up on the website.
