(Lines Of Code) Counting Procedure
All code must be written according class-coding standards
before tool is used.
All Lucky Strike Software team members are required to use the tool, LOCcounter version 1.0, provided by Dr. Dalbey to determine LOC, unless there is good* reason not to.

It is strongly encouraged that individuals first read all the information contained on the page before using the tool, especially the "Known Anomalies" section. If it becomes necessary to count LOC manually follow the rules found under the "Counting Rules" section contained on the same page.
