    4. There are no severity 1 open defects.
    5. The number of defects reported must be at least 80% of predicted.
    6. 75% of all severity 2 reported defects must have been fixed.

Stage 3 Release Criteria Calculations

1. Complete - We have completed 105% of the planned amount of code (actual: 2093, planned: 2000).

2. Complete - During this release, there have been 426 lines of code added. The number of lines added during the week prior to the release totals 204. 204 / 426 = 47.9%.

3. Complete - 100% of our binary miniature milesontes have been completed (for more information view our Integration Plan).

4. Complete - There are no severity 1 open defects. (for more information view our current defect list)

5. Complete - The number of defects we have reported (81) is 140% that of the number predicted (58).

6. Complete - 17 severity-2 defects have been reported. Of those 17, 16 have been fixed, which is 94%.

7. Complete - In the four days prior to release, a total of 2 severity 1 and 2 defects have been reported while 8 severity 1 and 2 defects have been fixed. The ratio of defects reported to defects fixed is 25%.

8. Complete - The Release Sign-Off form has been signed by all parties.
