The easiest way to reach the team is by emailing team_4@cobra.csc.calpoly.edu
This email address will forward the email to all of us. For emails, we do not have a specific procedure to follow (unless the email contains a change request in which case change requests have their own format).
Mike Hebron is the main person in charge of the web page. It is generally the case that each author takes care of his own pages and if relevant, adds an entry into the "What's New" page.
Alternative methods of reaching each other include calling one another on the phone (phone numbers are listed on the Contact Information page).
