Sample Project Schedule

A schedule shows all the project activity start and end dates as well dates for all milestones (indicated with an 'x').  It is different than a calendar in that the latter only shows milestones, not start and end dates.  After the end of the second week, milestone dates may not be changed. You must show slip days with an asterisk. 
You will need to add more detailed tasks as they become apparent.  In general, plan the next two weeks in great detail and subsequent weeks in less detail.
