"About Our Team" Template

Contact Information

Provide a link to a page (or include at bottom of page) which lists how to contact your team members, for example:

Student Position(s) Local Phone E-mail AIM
Joe Student
Manager 543-1111 jstudent@calpoly.edu
JoeCool@yahoo.com
CodeMaster
Sally Student Analyst 544-1111 sstudent@calpoly.edu
SallySmart@yahoo.com

qaWizard

E-mail entire team:   teamX@waldorf.csc.calpoly.edu

You must include local phone and Cal Poly e-mail addresses because that is what the Instructor will use to contact you.  You may omit the "@.calpoly.edu" if you are concerned about email harvesters.  Optionally, you may include other email address for your teammates to use.

Project Vision

Read McConnell pg 86-99.  Create a one sentence project vision statement and place it at the top of the team web page.

Team Expectations

Describe or list the norms or standards that everyone agrees will meet their individual needs while also leading to a successful project.  For example, "The maximum time spent on this class each week is 15 hours,"  "No work meeting continues past 2a.m." You may want to have differing expectations for students with different aspirations, for example: grade A = 15 hrs, B = 12 hrs, C = 9 hrs.  It might be helpful to refer to the post-mortem review from last quarter (or Lessons Learned) for ideas about what you would like to do differently this quarter.

Team Photo

Post the photo the instructor took of your team.

Anonymous Feedback

Provide an HTML form to allow anyone to post anonymous feedback, risks, or concerns about the project. Several options are available:

Be sure the feedback is sent to everyone on the team and to the Instructor.
