CPE 308 Team Project Post-Mortem Report
The Post-Mortem meeting is a chance for your team to reflect on
the team project experience and to summarize lessons learned.
Assign
someone to be a recorder to take notes and then write a report
summarizing
the team discussion.
You might want to organize your discussion around the following
project

What are the plans for improvement in 206? What specific actions
will be taken to overcome this quarter's shortcomings?
